We are currently seeking a Language Production Project Manager for our Language Development Department. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the Language Project(s) assigned are delivered on time and to the required quality bar.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with team members in scoping and planning of Rosetta Stone Language Production projects - Manage projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements *Manage freelance translators, editors and voice talent: i) Negotiate contracts and review job specifications ii) Monitor performance and manage quality assurance reviews of product translation, editing and voicing iii) Collaborate with production teams and manage implementation of project-specific procedures and solutions - Ensure efficient use of project budget and human resources to maximize efficiency and profitability - Ensure that project-specific issues are resolved quickly and effectively, and facilitate clear and effective communication between internal and external project stakeholders. - Contribute towards the continual improvements in the effectiveness of the Language Production Project Management Team Requirements - Project management experience, preferably in a localization or translation environment - Fluency in English and ONE of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian or another Scandinavian language (native-level); Italian (native-level), Polish, Thai, Pashto; Farsi (Persian), Dutch, Swahili, or German - Excellent English written and oral communication skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - Strong organizational skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Experience in managing software-based projects an asset - Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project is an asset
